Triton Connected Communities Description
Triton Connected Communities (Triton CC) in partnership with our IOT solution partners, utilizes a variety of connectivity mediums and network access types to create a fully secure network community for the future of communication.
Triton CC uses various indoor and outdoor kiosks, sensors, smart devices and M2M products to connect user/device endpoints back to a central collector hub with internet access via a Triton Networks, LLC (Triton) controlled router or SIM. Triton routers and SIM cards are managed remotely by the Triton team in partnership with the client and our IOT partners. Each specific application deployment and management varies based on end use need and available network medium.
Secured network services will be delivered through Triton Secure Managed Network Service (TMS) via customer content management software (CMS), wayfinding, and content delivery application services. These IOT sensors, kiosks, and smart devices, can be securely encrypted end-to- end creating a private Wide Area Wi-Fi network using various network access services. Financial transactions utilize blockchain technology, ensuring each individual M2M transaction is private and secure. We are working with clients to provide specific IOT solutions for everything from electric vehicle charging, onsite facial recognition and security, remote monitoring, and data analysis as well as point of sales solutions. Triton CC, in partnership with our vendors, provides customizable IOT network solutions based on client needs.
Technical Design
As related to technical design and physical set-up, Triton CC first establishes internet access via available network solution types. Preferred network connection is dedicated or fiber network access. Lower cost DSL, shared Fiber or Cable is acceptable as well as Fixed Wireless and Mobility (LTE/4G/5G[E] newer) networks. This network access is connected through TMS managed routers. TMS managed routers can either be linked to a preconfigured CMS Longe Range Wi-Fi device, or directly with built-in LTE/4G network modems that communicates with individual end point devices and Kiosks to deliver specific IOT uses, as well as directly with certain LTE enabled IOT devices or sensors to provide data and traffic analysis, facial recognition and security services, smart charging, and other electronic device management. Most end point devices have embedded CMS software, while a growing number of devices need the encrypted CMS specific use software downloaded onto the individual device in order to communicate with a software platform via a smart Wi-Fi device or a TMS managed router. End users and intended end user experience.
Triton CC Intended end user experience is dependent on the smart device being used, business application, and specific use application. Opportunities continue to grow for this service.
Use Cases include Environmental and Industrial sensor-based monitoring; Office Buildings, Hospitals and Schools, security and identification recognition solutions for body temperature, facial recognition and contact trace tracking to smart city applications such as social distancing, energy usage, traffic studies and more all through specialized sensors, or kiosks.
Building Connected Communities of the Future
Triton CC, through our IOT partnerships, is creating the ability for businesses to engage within a securely connected community network across multiple platforms to enable the advancement of technologies and security services within that community. Whether we are creating a local WIFI-enabled secure network, a Mobile-based private network, or a fully meshed network environment, Triton CC’s focus is to simplify the complex technology needs of our customers in the simplest way possible.
With advances in technology, it is easy to forget its primary purpose of serving the people. Triton CC is a simple, intuitive, forward-thinking technology meant to simplify communications, public services, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Triton CC technology allows communities to connect more easily through our private network of partnerships and technology solutions by empowering communities, businesses, schools, hospitals, and other campus environments to interact in a fully managed secure wireless private network.
Triton’s overall vision is in allowing businesses, people, and communities to connect, communicate, and interact together, enabling businesses and communities to flourish and grow together.

USE CASES
4G/LTE Backup
4G/LTE data services can serve as a great backup option to a client’s primary internet connection. 4G/LTE internet connection requires a modem which can either be a separate cellular enabled device that connects to the existing router onsite, or preferably a newer router with a built-in 4G LTE modem included. Triton CC has the ability to manage associated SIM card plans across your LTE backup service in a pooled environment that allows you to effectively manage multiple sites.
WIRELESS and HYBRID WAN
With the rapid development of wireless communication networks and businesses moving their data to the cloud, the demand for wireless connectivity solutions has never been higher. That is because the architectural constraints of wired networks do not allow for the required reach, diversity, and operational flexibility needed. That is where Triton CC’s wireless wide-area network (WWAN) architectures come to play.
One of the most common use cases for wireless WAN is to use it alongside a traditional broadband connection to create a hybrid WAN. One big advantage of SD-WAN is the ability to provide multiple network types to create more bandwidth options. Augmenting a wired WAN service with a wireless service link, or using multiple wireless links, is a powerful tool for quickly increasing available bandwidth. Wireless WAN deploys cellular broadband — including 4G, Gigabit-Class LTE, and 5G technology — as an essential part of WAN infrastructure, connecting stores, offices, vehicles, and/or IoT devices at the network’s edge within the same SDWAN network.
IOT and Smart Devices
Many people think of the Internet of Things (IoT) in terms of “smart” consumer appliances and Machine to Machine interactions. But with the increased capability of smart devices, the potential for businesses to connect to the internet via LTE, 4G and 5G cellular networks, IOT use cases increase substantially and continue to grow. Use Cases include Environmental and Industrial sensor-based monitoring; Office Buildings, Hospitals and Schools, security and identification recognition solutions for body temperature, facial recognition and contact trace tracking to smart city applications such as social distancing, energy usage, traffic studies and more all through specialized sensors, or kiosks within Triton CC’s secure network.
SECURE WIRELESS NETWORK (Private Network)
Secure wireless services with Triton CC’s private network provides the next generation of private wireless networks for secure industrial use for new level of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Private wireless requires far fewer access points than other wireless solutions to cover the same area, which means less supporting infrastructure as well (power, cabling, poles, etc.). A secure private IP address connected through a secure gateway in the cloud or firewall in a central location can help consolidate all your current networks on a single 4G/LTE or 5G network, for significant operational cost savings.
